I was asked for some old pics of my 3Kgt and while scrolling old photobucket accounts I came across these.

Was the greatest DD ever. All stock (except the black out grill and tails) with an upgraded T25 running 16PSI. Took more than a few Mustangs / Camaros / AMGS by surprise.

She got hit one day by a guy who didn't realize he had to stop at the exit of the grocery store...

Shortly there after, I let a friend borrow her while I fixed his SRT4, and she came back to me on a flat bed with a bent rod and a ceased motor.

Nah, it was not my only car (one of 4 at the time) and it was on its way out anyways. Badly beaten, both physically and mechanically, and I honestly don't feel he was doing anything I wouldn't have done. I donated it to charity and walked away with a tax deduction.

Two weeks before someone stole my grill emblem and a few weeks after this someone broke all 4 tail lights out and stole the bulbs...

I feel your pain. I used to daily drive my saab until it quit working a few years ago. It's pretty much the same as this one except it's completely stock. One day the engine just decided that it didn't like living any more and essentially exploded internally

Would love to get a viggen as a toy around / dd again but need to free up some funds / space first. They are great cars though, unfortunately they don't call is a Saab story for nothing.

First one I ever saw was the rare and sought after blue (I forget the specific name) tastefully lowered with dark gunmetal colored factory viggen 5 stars. Was amazing and I have wanted one ever since.

Same here, my first Viggen encounter was when a friend of mine got a 3-door in the lightning blue (or whatever it's called). 5-speed, with the five spoke wheels. I got to cruise around in it, but he didn't drive too fast so I never got to experience all the awesomeness.

And this was back when we were in high school too, that kid was (and still is) pretty well off. That bastard.
